KOTA KINABALU: There is a new one-of-a-kind pizza range in town, which will either make food enthusiasts love them or hate them.

But what is for sure, these are Instagram worthy pizzas which has unique touch and shape introduced by Fonterra's foodservices segment - the Anchor Food Professionals.

Under the Anchor Food Professional's PizzArt campaign, city folks can now try out these fresh artisanal pizzas - Pizza Roll, UltiMeat Pizza, and Cheese Pretzza - in two outlets namely The Chubbs Grill at Plaza Shell and Mad Ben at Gaya Street.

Its director Linda Tan said the inventive pizzas under PizzArt were conceptualised and created by their own chefs.

"These pizzas can only be made by kitchen crew with advanced culinary skills and in restaurants with pizza ovens.

"We want to excite the market and take the enjoyment of pizza a notch up by infusing global food trends into local favourites. This round, we are working with 18 outlets in West and East Malaysia," she said at the launching of new pizzas at The Chubbs Grill today.

She said the team was always ready to take up the challenge of drawing inspiration from worldwide trends and adapting them locally to help their partners stay ahead of the culinary curve, using only the best dairy by Anchor.

The bacon Pizza Roll which resembles a cinnamon roll is priced at RM23.80, while the UltiMeat Pizza - a chicken base pizza topped with bacon - is priced at RM33.80. The pretzel-like pizza, Cheese Pretzza with salmon fillings, is priced at RM28.80.

Linda said Anchor Food Professional will also introduce two other artisanal pizzas - PizzBurger and Deep Cheese Pizza - in future.

These pizzas are created using only the finest ingredients such as Anchor Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Anchor Butter, Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, and Anchor Cream Cheese to present familiar taste.

Linda added this was the second PizzArt campaign and will end in June. The first campaign was from May to October last year.

The latest artisanal pizzas will also be available in other outlets in Selangor, Penang, Perak, Malacca, and Sarawak.
