KUALA LUMPUR: Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd’s subsidiary Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd had signed a three-year sales contract with Abu Dhabi Oil Company for the purchase of refined products and paraffinic naphtha.
In an exchange filing, Lotte Chemical said the contract effective date is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020.
“The pricing is based on market price at loading month and the estimated quantity is between 600,000 metric tonne to 1,000,000 metric tonne per year,” it said.
Lotte Chemical said the risk factors affecting the sales contact include changes in economic environment and feedstock supply disruption.
