KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd (EMSB), has been awarded a contract from Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd for the redevelopment of a hospital building and a 12-storey building in Kota Damansara, Selangor worth RM25.9 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Econpile said the contract comprises site preparation, earthworks, piling, basement, carpark lower ground and retaining wall for an existing seven-storey hospital building and an additional 12-storey building.
It said the overall duration of the contract is 15 months.
“The contract is the main stream business of EMSB and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of Econpile for the financial year ending June 30, 2018,” it said.
