KUALA LUMPUR: Axis REIT Managers Bhd’s (ARMB) unit, Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT), has acquired two industrial properties at i-PARK, Indahpura, Iskandar Malaysia, for RM 38.7 million from Axis AME IP Sdn Bhd (AAIP).
AAIP is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia with principal activities in property development and investment.
Both are freehold properties of 1.83 hectares and 0.49 hectare respectively.
i-Park is a gated and guarded industrial park at one of the main development corridors of Iskandar Malaysia in Johor, ARMB said in a statement today.
It is the manager of Malaysia’s largest Islamic business space and industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, as well as Malaysia’s first REIT to be listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
