NexODN uses AI, machine learning to study consumer patterns, habits

KUALA LUMPUR: There has been a significant shift in people's behavior - be it shopping patterns, daily activities or lifestyle habits, and companies, especially those that are involved in fast moving consumer goods (FMGC) and retail industries, are banking on artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to gain insights into consumer behavior.

According to NexODN International Sdn Bhd (NISB), a tech company that introduced the world's-first AI machine-learning search engine optimization (SEO) platform as a service (PaaS) called NexODN, believes the solution would be the best bet for small and large corporation alike.

"Fundamentally, NexODN is built and designed to introduce large-scale automation, eliminating the cumbersome and effort-intensive process-based tasks without the requirement of labor," said founder and chief executive officer Francis Lui.

He pointed out that NexODN was developed after 18 months of research and development, with primary focus is to uplift search traffic, search ranking and increase inbound inquiries through AI big data modeling.

Francis said NexODN will enable agile changes to large and enterprise sites and essentially provide a radical shift in the technology market.

Another remunerative feature of this system is the recommendation of smarter content topics which are generated using in-depth analytics.

To further enhance its footprint, NISB is also looking to raise RM5 million funds via Equity Fund Funding (ECF) platform PitchIN that will be disbursed into team expansion in reaching other regions in ASEAN as well as Oceania within the next 2 years.

NISB was also recently appointed as one of the technology solution providers (TSP) under the initiative of SME Business Digitalisation Grant through Ministry of Finance (MOF), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), SME Bank and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).

The main objective of this program is to support and assist Malaysian small and medium enterprises (SME) in the implementation of digital solution.

Since 2005, NISB has managed over 300 brands of clientele from various micro SMEs to MNC clients in industries such as airlines, retail, banking, and automotive, among others.
