KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly-owned Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd has bagged a RM139 million contract from Damansara Peak Sdn Bhd.
Damansara Peak is an indirect subsidiary company of Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O).
In a statement today, Kerjaya Prospek said this was the fourth contract secured for the year, bringing the year-to-date contract wins to RM523.5 million.
Kerjaya Prospek's total outstanding order book now stands at about RM3.4 billion.
It said the contract involved the construction and completion of substructure works, main building works and all associated external works for a proposed 54 units tree-storey villa located at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
It is expected to commence on September 1, 2021 and will take 36 months to complete from the commencement date.
Kerjaya Prospek chairman Datuk Tee Eng Ho said the contract would provide an additional stream of revenue for the company over the next three years and would enhance its outstanding order book.
"Moving forward, we will continue to aggressively tender for good quality projects that can deliver value to our shareholders while focus on delivering the jobs in hand," he added.
