Ramssol Group Bhd appoints Neoh Tze Chien as group CMO

KUALA LUMPUR: Ramssol Group Bhd has appointed Neoh Tze Chien as its group chief marketing officer, effective March 1, 2023.

Neoh will lead Ramssol's creative communications team and oversee all marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, and product marketing.

He will report directly to group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Cllement Tan Chee Seng and will also be head of Rams Marketing Tech, one of this year's key focus pillars.

"Neoh's solid knowledge and experience will be vital as we continue our ambitious plans to advance our People Solution strategic roadmap in 2023, specifically designing and user experience enhancement.

"These will be highly synergistic for the Ramssol group as we launch our Rider Gate app, an online marketplace that is set to transform the trading of motorbikes by individual riders and dealers, backed by an advanced suite of end-to-end solutions.

"His catalytic source of experience will positively impact Ramssol as we expand the range of services to serve end users and continue to build upon our successes so far towards becoming a recognised provider of leading technology solutions," Cllement said in a statement.

This appointment comes on the back of Ramssol's recent acquisition of Infinite Loop Media Sdn Bhd (ILM), founded by Neoh, who serves as chief executive officer of the company.

ILM is a digital media agency specialising in creative content and a creative multimedia production studio specialising in corporate and commercial videos.

Since its inception, Neoh has been instrumental in building up ILM's portfolio of projects and expanding its reach across a wide range of clientele by focusing on elevating its brands through design, advertising, and digital marketing.

ILM has a portfolio of clients with many notable household names from sectors including property development, manufacturing, finance, food and beverage, retail and entertainment, education, medical, automotive, hospitality and other corporate and non-governmental organisations.

After the acquisition, ILM will become a 51 per cent-owned subsidiary of Ramssol and infuse its highly skilled team into the group to enhance and promote Ramssol's existing products as its in-house digital media arm.

Neoh has over 15 years of overseas and international senior management experience working with multinational companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Technology Tun Hussein Onn, Malaysia, majoring in communication technology.

He brings extensive experience in project management, engineering and new product development.

He is also a panel consultant for the Ministry of Education, Malaysia's Technical and Vocational Programme, a consultant for the Johor Digital Economic Centre and a Human Resource Development Corporation, Malaysia Accredited Trainer.

"Neoh will bring a fresh perspective to our marketing efforts and help us achieve our business objectives with his deep understanding of consumer behaviour and skills at crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

"Given that Ramssol targets to grow and reinforce its business-to-consumer services at a more aggressive pace, Ken's background and wide experience will be a pivotal advantage to promote our unique product offerings and to chart the path for further growth in our current market," Cllement said.
