KUALA LUMPUR: Astramina Group Bhd's external auditors Mazars PLT has resigned as auditors of the company less than four months into the job.
Its resignation is with effect from Nov 22, 2023.
Mazars PLT was appointed auditor at the last annual general meeting (AGM) of the company on Aug 30, 2023 and was to to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the company.
"The board wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any other matter that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of Astramina," the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
The company has nominated Ong & Wong Chartered Accountants as auditors of the company subject to their consent to act.
