KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd will issue its quarterly report for the financial period ended Sep 30, 2023 by Dec 7, 2023 after missing its Nov 30, 2023 deadline.
The company told Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd in a filing yesterday, it was unable to release the quarterly report within the time frame, without specifying the reason for the delay.
The company's annual report for 2023, which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for the financial year ended June 30, 2023, is also outstanding after it missed a Nov 7, 2023 submission deadline.
This was after Bursa Malaysia Securities rejected its request for an extension of time until Jan 15, 2024 for submission of the report. It is appealing the decision.
According to the company's request for extension in October 2023, it was yet to start the statutory audit as a result of manpower shortages across the various administrative departments caused by workforce attrition and financial constraints
Trading in the company's shares have been suspended since Jan 18, 2023.
In its unaudited financial year ended June 30, 2023, the company posted a net loss of RM1.3 billion against RM403.2 million revenue.
