KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia maintained its momentum to close in positive territory at lunch break.
At 12.30pm, FTSE Bursa Malaysia (FBM) KLCI closed 0.24 per cent or 3.58 points to 1,469.25.
The key index which opened 0.07 per cent higher at 1,466.43 moved between 1,466.28 and 1,470.30 in the morning trading session.
Of the actives, Jati Tinggi Group Bhd added 20.37 per cent or 5.5 sen to 32.5 sen following its debut on the ACE Market today.
Top Glove Corp Bhd gained 0.53 per cent or half a sen to 94.5 sen. The company is slated to announce its first quarter results today.
On the losing end, Velesto Energy Bhd lost 2.13 per cent or half a sen to 23 sen.
