Flexidynamic bags contract in Kelantan

KUALA LUMPUR: Flexidynamic Engineering Sdn Bhd has won a RM12.4 million contract from Usaha Pammek Sdn Bhd for the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical works at a water treatment plant at Bukit Chupak in Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Flexidynamic said the job highlights itss broadening expertise beyond its usual scope, extending into vital infrastructure projects across Malaysia.

Flexidynamic managing director Tan Kong Leong stated the contract not only demonstrates the company's varied engineering capabilities but also supports its strategic objectives for diversification and expansion.

"This project underscores our commitment to delivering substantial value to our shareholders and highlights our readiness to capitalise on the opportunities presented by the recovering glove industry.

"Our team is well-prepared and eager to demonstrate our capabilities in this new venture, ensuring the highest standards of execution and contributing to the sustainable development of Malaysia's infrastructure," said Tan.

Flexidynamic also announced that The SEA Capital Sdn Bhd has become a significant shareholder with a 5.01 per cent stake.

SEA Capital managing director Datuk Hooi Jia Han said the investment demonstrates confidence in Flexidynamic's strategic vision and its capacity for future expansion.

"We believe that Flexidynamic's innovative approach to engineering solutions, coupled with its expanding footprint in infrastructure projects, positions the company well for sustainable growth," he added.
