Malaysia's Supplycart makes Financial Times' top 500 high-growth companies

KUALA LUMPUR: Supplycart Technologies Sdn Bhd has been named  the Financial Times' Top 500 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific list for 2024 for the second consecutive year.

At the heart of its success story is ADAM, the company's flagship e-procurement platform.

Supplycart chief executive officer Jonathan Oh said ADAM represents the forefront of procurement and vendor management technology.

It features a cloud-based system that streamlines procurement tasks into a comprehensive, scalable and cost-effective solution.

"Designed for businesses of all sizes, ADAM facilitates seamless procurement integration with existing infrastructure, setting itself apart with a policy of unlimited users and locations, in stark contrast to traditional user-based licenses," said Oh.

The innovative approach has attracted clients like L'Oreal, Segi University and Amazin Graze, while also positioning ADAM as an affordable alternative to procurement solutions like SAP Ariba.

"Being recognised among Asia Pacific's high-growth companies for another year is a testament to our team's dedication and the robustness of our solutions.

"It validates our mission to revolutionise procurement and vendor management, proving that our efforts are not only noticed but celebrated on a global scale," added Oh.

The company's strategic advisor Bernard Chiang said Supplycart's commitment to innovation, especially through ADAM, is setting new standards in how businesses approach procurement and vendor management.

Chiang said the FT award validated Supplycart's role in shaping the IT and software sector, representing 30 per cent of this year's winners.

Supplycart was among 14 Malaysian companies recognised for innovative growth and leadership in advancing technological solutions.

Its achievements have also been recognised through support from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), benefiting from its grant and the GAIN (Gateway, Amplify, Invest, Nurture) programme, which aims to elevate local startups onto the global stage.

MDEC senior vice president Gopi Ganesalingam said the country is immensely proud of Malaysian startups like Supplycart that are making waves internationally.

"Supplycart's innovation and success stories embody the spirit of Malaysian entrepreneurship and the potential of our nation's tech industry.

"With the continued evolution of ADAM and Supplycart's unwavering focus on enhancing procurement processes, the company is actively shaping the future of procurement and vendor management," added Gopi.
