KUALA LUMPUR: Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd's share price jumped as much as 22 per cent on news that it bagged a RM316 million job to upgrade Pahang's Istana Abu Bakar.
The company's share price closed midday almost 14 per cent higher at 25 sen a share.
It was one of the most actively traded counters with some 67.1 million shares changing hands.
AZRB yesterday announced that it has bagged a RM315.9 million job to upgrade Istana Abu Bakar in Pahang from the Public Works Department.
The contract will run for 30 months from April 1, 2024.
