KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has bagged a condominium project worth RM486 million from Kiaramas Development Sdn Bhd.
In its filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the developer said the project involves the construction of three blocks of condominiums with car park podiums in Jalan Desa Kiara.
"The contract period is 42 months from May 2," it said.
Meanwhile, Crest Builder said the contract will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the company and on its substantial shareholder's shareholdings.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the company for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2024 and onwards, it added.
The company's share price closd unchanged at 46 sen a share yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM81.4 million.
