KUALA LUMPUR: Neffos Malaysia today launched a new smartphone, the X1 Lite, following the success of its original X1.
The Neffos X1 Lite promises consumers an affordable option without compromising on quality.
With a symmetrical design and featuring a dual-curved back cover, the phone weighs at 138g given its plastic casing.
The rear camera is still maintained at 13MP with phase detection auto focus of just 0.2 seconds, with its f/2.0 aperture lens providing better shallow depth of field.
The front camera is also maintained at 5MP with 84 degrees wide-angle lens, making it possible to take better selfies and wefies. A real-time function has crossed over the Neffos X1 Lite's front camera, which is dubbed the "beauty mode".
A fingerprint sensor is provided for a more secure unlocking option, which can also be used to take selfies.
The phone is powered by MediaTek octa-core processor for optimal processing, with an upgraded battery of 2550mAh from the original's 2250mAh.
Running on Android 7.0, the X1 Lite operates Neffos User Interface 2.0, has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM of memory support.
Available in two colours - Cloudy Grey and Sunrise Gold, the Neffos X1 Lite retails at RM499.
Performing her latest single 'Bangun', Neffos brand ambassador Nur Fazura Sharifuddin made a special appearance at the launch.
