KUALA LUMPUR: If you’re looking for an affordable compact tablet whether for personal use or for your kids, look no further as Huawei Malaysia just launched its MediaPad M3 Lite on Wednesday.
The tablet has an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1200 pixels.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor, the tablet also comes with 32GB of internal storage and 3GB of RAM.
The Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite runs EMUI 5.1 – based on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. It is powered by a 4800mAh non-removable battery.
As for the camera, the tablet sports an 8MP lens for both primary and front camera.
The tablet is also set to immerse users with its sound system.
Huawei had collaborated with home and car audio maker Harman Kardon to bring beautiful and balanced sound with the dual speakers located on the top and bottom of the device to its users.
For the professionals, the MediaPad M3 Lite is packed with Official Office Kit customised by Microsoft for mobile work.
It has a split-screen function for the multitasking power-user and enhanced eye-sight protection feature where it adjusts the screen’s colour temperature to soothe viewing.
There’s also a Children Corner app embedded in the tablet specially designed for kids aged 3 to 6. It includes various apps and games that are safe for kids complete with parental control setting.
The tablet is available in two colour options – Gold and Space Gray – at a sweet price of only RM999.
