KUALA LUMPUR: Are your Acer devices damaged by the flood in Penang?
Acer Malaysia is reaching out with a helping hand to the flood victims by providing free inspections and repairs at their authorised service centre.
Customers can bring their damaged Acer devices to the Highpoint Service Network (HSN) in Bayan Baru, Penang for a free inspection.
Should the damaged device be repairable, Acer Malaysia will undertake the repair at zero cost.
Customers are only required to bear the cost of the replaced parts.
Meanwhile, if the damaged device is found to be irreparable, Acer Malaysia is offering up to 15 per cent off for customers on selected models.
“This helping hand is in response to the Penang flood crisis as part of our concern and care for our customers.
“Our thoughts are with them as they go through this challenging season and we would like to reach out to them with this small gesture to help relieve their burden during this trying time,” said Acer Malaysia Products, Sales and Marketing general manager Chan Weng Hong.
Affected customers in Penang have until Dec 31 to bring their Acer devices in for inspection and take up the discount offer.
The HSN is located at 1-2-55, Elit Avenue, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3, Bandar Bayan Baru, 11950, Bayan Lepas, Penang, and is open Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
