Malaysians have been enjoying Asian content on our platform as we offer the biggest variety of top-rated line-up of Asian content from local to Korean, Chinese and Japanese anime," said iQiyi's country manager for iQiyi Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, Dinesh Ratnam.

iQiyi currently has a spectacular offering of 4,000 titles of premium content on its platform. With iQiyi's rapid growth as an OTT platform in Malaysia, it aims to be a mainstay driver of the local content ecosystem through building strong relationships with both users and partners.

"iQiyi's focus is not just at offering the best entertainment experience for our viewers but also to help grow the local industry through meaningful collaborations with content creators, media partners, brands and advertisers. We've seen the past two years accelerate media consumption over the internet, particularly premium video content. iQiyi is one of the players at the heart of this here in Malaysia and we want to do our part in stimulating the local creative industry. We would love to continue to partner and work with industry players towards this goal, and are committed to investing in the local market for the long term," Dinesh added.

iQiyi's latest collaboration includes a partnership with LongHouse Films to launch its upcoming local comedy drama in Malaysia - MY Ofis. An iQiyi global exclusive launch, the office-themed drama stars Kahoe Hon as Jasper, a rockstar-wannabe who lets go of his rock and roll dream to support his elderly grandmother. Stepping into the corporate world for the first time, he experiences the chaos and crazy antics of ordinary worklife, romance and office politics struggles in his new company MY Ofis, run by KS (Aeril Zafrel). MY Ofis will be launched worldwide exclusively on iQiyi starting May 26, 2022.
