KUALA LUMPUR: South Korean rapper Yuk Ji-dam was left aghast recently when her luggage was stolen while she was conversing with several homeless men in San Francisco in the US.
She wrote about the incident on her Instagram explaining that she was walking along the streets of the Californian city when some homeless men there caught her attention.
According to Koreaboo, she wrote: "Some of them were holding up a sign that I couldn’t just ignore.
"I gave them all the cash I had, and I bought them some gloves, socks, pizza, drinks and things they might need.”
She continued saying that she was in the middle of a conversation with the men when someone without warning grabbed all of the luggage beside her before fleeing.
“All of my valuables were in there -- my passport, credit card, and all of the things I had bought earlier.”
To her luck, two of the homeless men she was talking to managed to apprehend the perpetrator and safely returned her belongings.
