(Showbiz) Guardians Of The Tomb actor Wu Chun greets Malaysian fans at 1 Utama

KUALA LUMPUR: Handsome international star Wu Chun sent his fans in a screaming frenzy tonight when he made an appearance at the Oval Concourse of 1 Utama in Petaling Jaya.

The Bruneian actor was there for a meet-and-greet event, which saw the attendance of more than 500 passionate fans.

"I come to Malaysia often and I love how the people here are always very warm and friendly," he addressed the crowd with a smile.

At the event, Wu gave away signed posters and snapped commemorative photos with some lucky fans.

"Happy Chinese New Year, stay healthy, and have a prosperous year," said the 38-year-old, who was a member Mando-pop boy band, Fahrenheit.

Wu is in town to promote his latest action adventure flick Guardians Of The Tomb, opening in cinemas on Thursday.

He plays one of the scientists who made the discovery of the century involving a well-preserved mummified Emperor from 200 BC China.

The Australian/Chinese production also stars Chinese actress Li Bing Bing, and American stars Kelsey Grammar and Kellan Lutz.

Wu's acting credits also include 14 Blades, Saving General Yang and My Kingdom.

Guardians Of The Tomb is distributed by TGV Pictures.
