#Showbiz: S. Korean superstar Rain to perform in KL on Aug 27

KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-talented South Korean artiste Rain will be in Malaysia to perform during the Betadia Night event on Aug 27.

The versatile singer, dancer, performer, actor and variety show host with a career spanning two decades will perform for fans at the Axiata Arena here.

Rain will be joined by two other guest stars, local Mandopop singers Andrew Tan and Jess Lee, for more performances during on Betadia Night which starts at 8pm.

Tan burst onto the entertainment scene in 2006 after winning both Malaysia's Astro Talent Quest and Hong Kong TVB's International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship.

In 2010, he catapulted into the Taiwan music industry with his breakout hit Tian Hou (Stardom) and has also extended his talents into acting.

Lee, currently based in Taiwan, is the grand winner of the 7th season of popular television singing competition One Million Star.

She's the first Malaysian to win the competition and broke the record of scoring the highest mark consecutively in the final round.

Fans can expect Rain, Tan and Lee to perform multiple songs including their big hits during the exciting event together with a launch hosted by Betadia Malaysia.
