KUALA LUMPUR: Artiste-turned-academic Soo Wincci is currently so busy juggling her work as an educator and producer that she barely has time to think about settling down.
"At least not for another 10 years," said the multi-talented 37-year-old artiste.
Besides being an associate professor at Universiti Teknologi Mara's (UiTM) Faculty of Music, the former beauty queen is also a music producer.
"On top of that, many people have approached me to review their doctorate papers as well. But that I do without getting paid. That's me doing my bit for charity," she said with a laugh.
Soo said this to reporters when met at the press launch of the upcoming season of Astro's All Together Now Malaysia today.
Soo is one of the 50 members of the jury panel for the reality show.
"This marks the first programme I was approached for after returning from Spain (studying at Berklee College of Music's campus in Valencia). So I was a little nervous initially," said Soo, who did not take long to warm up to the show and took it seriously in aiding contestants to up their game.
Soo has a string of academic degrees in various fields including a doctorate in business management from Open University Malaysia.
