KUALA LUMPUR: The new trailer of upcoming animated series BoBoiBoy Galaxy SORI has garnered more than two million views on TikTok within the last 24 hours.
The two-minute, action-packed trailer, which was uploaded by animation company Monsta across its social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter) and Instagram also secured a spot on YouTube Indonesia's Trending chart.
Monsta chief executive officer Nizam Abdul Razak said in a statement today that the company was excited to release BoBoiBoy Galaxy SORI.
"We want to ensure that fans can easily access and enjoy the series. That is why we have chosen popular streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube, along with local television station TV9, to broadcast the series during the December school holiday season."
He also said that the series will be exported to neighbouring countries such as Indonesia.
"To strengthen our ties and spread the message of friendship, one of the new characters in BoBoiBoy Galaxy SORI series, Qually, will have its voice dubbed in Bahasa Indonesia.
"This is our earnest gesture, expressing gratitude to the unwavering support of dedicated fans in our neighbouring country, who have remained steadfast supporters of BoBoiBoy."
Nizam added that as an intellectual property company, Monsta was committed to providing high-quality family entertainment.
"BoBoiBoy Galaxy SORI reflects our dedication in delivering feel-good content that resonates with audiences of all ages."
