KUALA LUMPUR: Following its sold-out Fantasy World: Anime x Classical concert last year, The KLPAC String Orchestra is back to thrill music fans with a new concert, titled Animated Adventures.
The 85-minute concert will take place at KLPAC's Pentas 2 stage from Dec 1 to 3.
Helmed by resident music director Andrea Sim, the KLPAC String Orchestra will take audiences on a breath-taking musical adventure from the Scandinavian Kingdom of Arendelle to the Viking village of Berk, from Medieval Scotland to the Polynesian island of Motunui in this special selection of animation movie music from the New Millennium.
The vastly different settings of each movie has given us some of the most diverse and culturally rich soundtracks such as the music from the Scottish Highlands in Brave, the traditional music of Colombia fused with Spanish rock in Encanto and the South Pacific Polynesian vocals and percussion in Moana.
This magical music concert will make a great outing for families, music lovers of all ages and fans of Disney and Pixar animated movies.
