I run twice a week between 10-21km.

To stay healthy and not gain weight.

Outdoor exerciser.

Definitely running.

Cardio over weights.

Running on the treadmill consistently for two hours.

Coffee and noodle soup or nasi lemak.

Brownies.

Six to eight hours.

MapMyRun application.

I do two hours of running in the morning.

Peanut butter.

By stretching before a workout.

Eggs, because I like eggs!
