BEGINNING this month, Ducati Malaysia's motorcycles comes with a new comprehensive warranty specifically designed for its customers.
Key elements of the Ever Red factory warranty includes unlimited mileage coverage for three years from the date of registration and exclusive use of Genuine Ducati parts.
The warranty covers an extensive range of 2024 Ducati Malaysia and Scrambler models starting from March onwards.
This includes the Multistrada V4S, Monster, Panigale V4S, DesertX, and Scrambler family.
It is designed to significantly lower cost of ownership as well as enhance the resale value of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia. The warranty is also transferable to subsequent owners within the three-year period.

The Ever Red factory warranty is a cornerstone of our commitment to excellence, offering extended coverage and peace of mind on the road.
"This program holds immense importance for our community, providing them with the assurance and support they deserve, while benefiting customers with added value and confidence in their Ducati ownership," said Ducati Malaysia chief operating officer Dennis Michael.
The new warranty, which is very similar to the previous 24-month warranty, applies to all components of the vehicle except those subject to wear and tear, and the battery.
You can't however opt out of the warranty to reduce the motorcycle's purchase price (as it is provided as a standard benefit with the purchase of eligible Ducati motorcycles) and unfortunately you can't purchase the warranty for bikes from previous model years post March 2024.
The 3-Year Ever Red factory warranty program is available at all authorized Ducati Malaysia dealerships nationwide, including Petaling Jaya, Sungai Buloh, Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Penang. Interested parties can also head to these locations for more information.
Additionally, Ducati Malaysia has also introduced an exclusive financing option that's tailor made for Ducati and Scrambler bike ownership.
Named the Ducati Corse Credit, the financing plan incorporates features a flexible repayment scheme, faster approval, interest rate as low as 4.88 per cent and a 10 per cent downpayment option.
