SEREMBAN: Haze showed a slight improvement in Negri Sembilan as of 5pm.
Although the haze still blanketed the sky, however, the air pollutant index (API) readings at all three monitoring stations have declined.
People could be seen putting on mask due to the hazy skies.
Nilai recorded at 117 points, Seremban (115) and Port Dickson (87) as of 5pm, compared to 134, 130 and 102 at the respective areas at 11am.
An API reading of zero to 50 is good, ¬51 to 100 moderate, 101 to 200 unhealthy¬, 201 to 300 very unhealthy and 301 and ¬above is considered hazardous.
