KUALA LUMPUR : In conjunction with the Hari Raya holidays, Proton Holdings Bhd is giving away a free 20-points safety inspection to its customers at selected Petronas stations.
The programme is jointly organised with Petronas and the Petronas Coffee Break campaign.
Proton in a statement today said in addition to the free inspection, customers would also be given free consultation on engine and car maintenance, educate on how to differentiate genuine parts against imitation parts as well as giveaways as token of appreciation.
“Proton takes seriously the safety and comfort of its customers. Through the services and offerings available in this campaign, we hope to contribute towards creating awareness to our customers and road users in the importance of vehicle maintenance and safety,” Proton Edar Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer Azmi Idris said.
He said with this effort, Proton hoped to help reduce cases of road accidents which occur more frequently especially during the festive seasons.
He added that tomorrow, the Proton team will be at the Petronas KM 15.3, NKVE Damansara station for the free safety inspection. – BERNAMA
