Joyalukkas bags Superbrands awards, again

KUALA LUMPUR: Global jewellery retailer Joyalukkas Group has received the Superbrands recognition for the fifth time in a row.

Joyalukkas was also adjudged “Brand of the Year” by the esteemed Superbrands body at this year’s award ceremony.

  “Being recognised as a Superbrand for five years in a row plus being judged ‘Brand of the Year’ means a lot to us. We are thrilled to be bestowed with this double honour and pledge to relentlessly pursue our single-minded objective of being the ‘world’s favourite jeweller’,” said its chairman and managing director  Joy Alukkas.

“This serves as a big motivation for myself and the Joyalukkas team to continue our pursuit of delighting our valuable customers at all times with the best in choice, convenience, value, designs and service,” he said in a statement recently.

  The announcement was made at the prestigious Superbrands Tribute Event in Dubai, a high profile, premier marketing occasion attended by the media and peers.

  The awards were accepted by executive director John Paul Joy Alukkas on behalf of the company. The brand will also once again be featured in the 2015 edition of the Superbrands UAE book.

  The Superbrands organisation is acclaimed worldwide as being an independent authority and arbiter of branding excellence and is committed to paying tribute to exceptional brands and promoting the discipline of branding.

  Only brands that achieve the level of recognition set by the independent Superbrands Council are eligible for inclusion in the Superbrands UAE book, which traces the history, achievements and acceptance of each of the brands.
