Watch out for possible closure on the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (Akleh)

KUALA LUMPUR : Motorists using the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (Akleh) are advised to watch out for possible closure of stretches and alternative routes between now and Sept 15, according to Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (Prolintas).

These are due to monitoring work and improvements being made to the highway, the concessionaire said in a statement today.

It advised motorists to abide by the signages and instructions of the Prolintas personnel on duty at the highway during the period.

They could also obtain information from Twitter - AKLEHtrafik, the Akleh hotline at 1-300-88-1012 and Variable Message Signs (VMS), it added.

Motorists could also obtain the latest traffic information from the Prolintas website at www.prolintas.com.my, it said. – BERNAMA
