SENAI: The Senai Garden Clubhouse organised a pre-opening ceremony recently, which was filled with fun and games for its guests.
The guest of honour, Johor Tourism, Commercial and Consumers Affairs chairman Datuk Tee Siew Kiong launched the spanking new clubhouse.
Also present were KCC Development Group chairman Datuk Ker Chee Chuan and its executive director Ker Soon Yong.
Hosted by popular MediaCorp celebrity Vivian Lai, guests were treated to a variety of exciting activities which included traditional dance performances attributed to all three major races in Malaysia.
As parents explored the new clubhouse, their children were kept busy in the Kid’s Fun Pool. The children were also give the opportunity to showcase their creativity in the Kid’s Colouring Contest.
In addition, the clubhouse guests were also treated to an array of delicious tidbits throughout the event.
The organiser also hosted a lucky draw contest, which saw house-buyer Teo Gek Choo bagging the grand prize—a brand new Perodua MyVi worth about RM50,000. Other contestants saw themselves winning cash prizes and AEON gift vouchers.
The highly anticipated and well-designed clubhouse features a wide range of facilities which include a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, sauna, Jacuzzi and BBQ Park.
However, the facilities that got the most attention from guests were the spectacular Mini-Theatre and spacious KTV Room.
In addition to the glitz and glam of the clubhouse, guests were able to feel the relaxing ambience of The Senai Garden serviced apartment project.
