Spad withdraws notice of suspension against FM Global Logistics

KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Commission (Spad) has withdrawn its notice of intention to suspend FM Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd’s haulage licence.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, FM Global Logistics’ parent company, Freight Management Holdings Bhd said it had received a letter from Spad confirming that it had withdrawn the notice following the company’s compliance with SPAD ICOP safety requirements.

FM Global Logistics received the notice from Spad on Sept 11, 2014 over the intended suspension which was supposed to be effective today.
