Indian food galore for Deepavali at Sunway hotel

PETALING JAYA: Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa celebrates the Festival of Lights with an array of Indian delicacies at Fuzion — the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant with vivid hand crafted décoration for an exciting celebration.

Themed “An Illuminating Deepavali”, Indian food lovers can enjoy a wide range of dishes and desserts such as Fuzion’s Chicken Varuval, a piquant, dry chicken dish.

Simmered in a blend of aromatic spices, the dense and spicy gravy is best enjoyed with naan and briyani rice.

The dinner buffet also features prawn masala, Kerala fish curry, mutton kadai, and bajji (fritters), as well as desserts like kesari and payasam.

These Indian delicacies will definitely please the palates of diners and it would be a memorable experience as the live-action stations will also be offering all-time favourites.

A colourful kolam decoration with a peacock theme will greet patrons as they enter the hotel lobby.

The peacock is chosen as it symbolises grace, pride and beauty.

Fuzion’s Deepavali Buffet Dinner is priced at RM105++ for an adult.

Children will receive a 50 per cent discount.

The meal is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm and the promotion ends on Wednesday.
