KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice-president Chua Tian Chang or better known as Tian Chua was freed by the Sessions Court over a sedition charge pertaining to UMNO's involvement in the Lahad Datu intrusion March last year.
Judge Norsharidah Awang acquitted and discharged Chua, 51, without calling him to enter defence after ruling that the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against him.
