GEORGE TOWN: Police busted a heroin lab at a residential area in Bayan Lepas yesterday.
In the 11am swoop, police seized heroin and paraphernalia used to make the illicit drugs from a house.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar congratulated the Special Tactical Intelligence Narcotics Group (Sting), for their success in the drug bust.
In a Twitter post, he said 12 people were arrested in the bust.
