KUALA LUMPUR: WEVents, a women-only social gathering, organised its last event for the year in collaboration with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics recently.
Themed ‘The Real YOU’, the event was aimed at encouraging women to be themselves while looking presentable at work.
WEVents founder Jeanisha Wan said: “Women face a lot of challenges at work. Depending on where they are, working culture may compel them to carry themselves in a certain way, be it in their mannerism or how they dress.
“We chose to join hands with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics because of the latter’s philosophy saying that makeup is a way to help woman to look and feel like herself, only prettier and more confident.”
One of the event’s highlights was having Bobbi Brown makeup artists doing a demonstration on how to use their products properly.
Attendees were also taught right makeup techniques and how it could help to enhance their natural beauty.
Also in the event were Clear shampoo, Strip — Ministry of Waxing and Female magazine.
