KUALA LUMPUR: Octagon Consolidated Bhd’s subsidiaries Durachem Sdn Bhd and Hexagon Portfolio Sdn Bhd have sold their stakes in PT Durachem Indonesia to Origin Electric Co Ltd, Miki & Co Ltd and Giantvale (M) Sdn Bhd for RM9.1 million. The disposal is in line with the effort undertaken by Octagon to streamline its group business and to dispose of its non-core and loss-making subsidiaries and PT Durachem is a loss-making subsidiary.
