KOTA KINABALU: Inanam Parti Keadilan Rakyat assemblyman Dr Roland Chia will be clarifying his position after Christmas.
Chia has posted on social media that he will step down as the elected representative two days ago triggering speculations from various parties.
Last night he posted on Twitter that he was abroad and that he will make a statement after Christmas.
PKR Secretary General Rafizi Ramli yesterday said Chia had emailed his intention but so far no official resignation has been received by the party.
Chia won the Inanam state constituency seat in the 13th General Election last year.
