The Curve spreads Xmas cheer to 20 needy kids

PETALING JAYA: The Curve recently treated 20 underprivileged children of House of Joy, Puchong, to a Christmas event.

The children were greeted by Santa Claus and his elves at the centre court. They were given freshly-squeezed juices, courtesy of Juice Works.

The centre court’s White Christmas setting thrilled the children.

The special Christmas log cabin surrounded by pristine snow and brightly-lit ornaments is part of the mall’s campaign called A Christmas Encounter, taking place until Jan 1.

Following performances by Carolling Dance Crew, the children were treated to a specially-choreographed musical dance performance entitled A Christmas Encounter Musical.

The colourfully-dressed gnomes and villagers thrilled the young ones with cheerful songs and dance.

The Curve centre manager Jazmi Kamarudin said: “It is heartwarming to see the children having fun. We hope they will take back good memories of this place.”

The boys were given LBX Limited Edition Gold Model display toys by RB Zicon, while the girls received Hello Kitty China Plush Dolls.

They also received other goodies from event sponsors such as Earth Care Soap, Famous Amos and Magnifique, and were treated to dinner at SimplyD.

Shoppers who spend a minimum of RM450 in a maximum of two receipts (Maybank credit cardholders only need to spend RM400) can redeem exclusive Season’s Greetings Towel Pack, containing high quality soft cotton bamboo towels, while stocks last.

All redemptions are subject to terms and conditions.
