High tea at Grand BlueWave

SHAH ALAMThe Grand BlueWave hotel Shah Alam is offering a Christmas high tea and New Year high tea at Royale Songket restaurant with the theme ‘Merry Joyland’.

The Christmas high tea promotion starts tomorrow from noon until 4.30pm and is priced at RM81.20 nett per person.

Diners will be served a traditional Christmas feast, accompanied by roast turkey breast served with cranberry sauce and leg of lamb marinated in honey rosemary sauce.

Chef Nuzul Jawahir is also preparing breaded salmon dill cakes along with his famous albondigas soup which is made from scratch.

End your dining experience with cherry crumble muffins and passionfruit cheese cake.

For the New Year high tea promotion, check out authentic traditional dishes ranging from roti jala to ulundu vadai, as well as Chinese dishes such as the Hainan style chicken rice and Chinatown peking duck.

Other dishes include som tam and pecal Padang Jawa along with traditional desserts such as tapai pulut, kasui, bingka ubi, seri muka, and agar-agar lumut.

There will be a buffet dinner tonight and on New Year’s Eve at the Royale Songket Restaurant, priced at RM125.30nett.

The Agehan Japanese restaurant is also offering a Japanese BBQ buffet dinner at RM102.10nett tonight and on New Year’s Eve.
