GEORGE TOWN: THE iconic 99 Kelawai luxury apartments has once again made Christmas spirits bright with spectacular festive adornments.
Every year, the apartment impresses passers-by with a myriad of lights decorated throughout the eight-floor apartment in Jalan Kelawai.
This year, the lawn features a huge Santa Claus.
Frosty the Snowman and happy reindeer galloping across festive wishes are sparkly and bright especially at night.
The creative and mesmerising decorations have never failed to wow everyone who stumbled upon the place — making a selfie with it almost irresistible.
The owner of the luxurious
apartment, who wished to be known only as Tan, said they had kept up the tradition of decorating the place during Christmas and Chinese New Year for four years.
She said there were times when people walked into the apartment hoping to get clearer shots of the decorations.
“As most of the residents are Japanese, this is the least I
could do to light up their festive spirits.
“We are glad that many find the adornments attractive and the festive atmosphere enlivening for the area,” she said.
