JOHOR BARU: In times of disaster, like the current flood, even the animals need saving.
In addition to the responsibility of aiding the human victims, the Jalan Abdullah Fire and Rescue Department also lent their expertise to rescue four cows during the flood in Kampung Kuing Patah, Buloh Kasap in Segamat this morning.
A special rescue team comprising of six firefighters, a 4-wheel drive and a boat were deployed to save the four cows that were trapped during the flood.
Their efforts were uploaded in the Portal Bencana Johor Facebook page.
