SURABAYA: The mood was sombre as a stretch near Juanda airport, Surabaya as the public laid memorial wreaths to remember the victims of Indonesia AirAsia flight QZ8501.
The remains of the first two victims who were recovered from the Java Sea arrived at the airport, which served as the crisis centre for Indonesia AirAsia flight QZ8501, in caskets labelled as 001 and 002, before they were sent for identification at the new crisis centre – Bhayangkara hospital.
