KAJANG: The Special Tactical Intelligence Narcotics Group (STING) arrested 13 suspects and seized 55 kilogrammes of heroin in Semenyih, here.
A raid was conducted at a house there on Saturday afternoon and the police had arrested 13 suspects including Pakistanis.
Meanwhile, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, in a congratulatory message to the team tweeted " Syabas STING @PDRMsia tgh tadi t'kap 13 org t'masuk Rakyat Pakistan dan rampas 55 kg Heroin di Semenyih, S'gor".
He posted the tweet in his Twitter account at about 9pm last night. Details of the operation are still sketchy, as authorities responsible for the success could not be contacted for more information.
