Successful Bumiputera entrepreneurs to share experiences in business

PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today announced the establishment of an industry advisory council under the National Entrepreneurship Institute (INSKEN).

The council, will comprise of nine members of whom are successful Bumiputera entrepreneurs, to share their experiences and act as industry coaches.

"As industry coaches, they will help strengthen the direction and the entrepreneurial framework of INSKEN," said Najib at the council launch here, today.

He also announced INSKEN's collaboration of three bodies - the Malaysian Global Innovation Creativity Centre (MaGIC), Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and Technology Park Malaysia to enhance the capacity and capabilities of Bumiputeras in businesses.

"With this, Bumiputera entrepreneurs will surely achieve sustainable competitiveness and will then be evaluated based on merit in the open market," he added.
