KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak congratulated Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah on his enthronement as the 35th Sultan of Perak.
“My heartiest congratulations to His Royal Highness Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah on his enthronement as the 35th Sultan of Peraktoday.
“May Perak Darul Ridzuan progress further and receive the blessings of Allah SWT. Daulat Tuanku (Long Live His Highness),” said Najib in his latest entry in his Twitter and Facebook websites.
Today, Sultan Nazrin Shah was enthroned as the 35th Sultan of Perak at Istana Iskandariah, Kuala Kangsar, Perak.
His enthronement ceremony also saw the proclamation of his consort, Tuanku Zara Salim as the Raja Permaisuri Perak. --BERNAMA
