KUALA LUMPUR: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI futures contract (FKLI) on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher today lifted by renewed demand.
At 9.18 am, May 2015 appreciated 1.5 points to 1,787 while both June 2015 and September 2015 added one point each to 1,787 and 1,782.5, respectively.
Meanwhile, December 2015 was flat at 1,781.
Turnover amounted to 879 lots while open interest totalled 30,506 contracts.
The benchmark FBM KLCI was 1.37 points higher at 1,796.41 points at 9.02 am.--BERNAMA
