For Bank Islam Group, its PBZT increased four per cent to RM173.7 million during the reviewed quarter compared with the previous corresponding period, mainly attributed by growth in business activities.

Takaful Malaysia Group recorded a PBZT of RM62.2 million, up 39.1 per cent compared with RM44.7 million in the corresponding period last year due to higher wakalah fee income and lower expense reserves. -- BERNAMA
