KUALA LUMPUR: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract opened mostly higher today in line with the bullish underlying cash market.
At 9.40am, June 2015 and September 2015 rose 10.50 points each to 1,733.50 and 1,732.50, respectively, July 2015 added 9.50 points to 1,732.50 while December 2015 was flat at 1,719.
Turnover amounted to 1,930 lots while open interest totalled 30,544 contracts.
The benchmark FBM KLCI was 2.50 points better at 1,743.87 points after 40 minutes of trading.--BERNAMA
