BAGAN DATOH: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has arrived at Wisma Umno here for the division's annual general meeting.
Led by 200 superbikers, Zahid, who is also the division chairman, was given a rousing welcome by division members.
As soon as he arrived, Zahid was greeted with kompang troupe.
This is his first official function here after he was appointed the deputy prime minister.
More than 500 members from 68 branches will be attending the meeting.
Later, Zahid will host the division's Hari Raya open house.
